Porto invites you to try a new flavour - "Bacalhau D’Ouro" (Gold Cod).
This new dish is a gastronomic delight created by some of Porto’s most renowned chefs and results from a partnership between the Porto City Council and the APHORT – Associação Portuguesa de Hotelaria, Restauração e Turismo.
The project starts with a selected network of 23 restaurants that accepted the challenge of enlivening their tables with the “Bacalhau D’Ouro”.
Codfish is a portuguese food reference that stand out in the preferences of tourists and visitors, and this new culinary delicacy – the “Bacalhau D’Ouro - combines, for the first time, special ingredients from Porto.
